SMALLER GROUP CLASSES, MORE PERSONALIZED ATTENTION
Join our outdoor group classes for an intense, full-body workout that combines bodyweight exercises with light to medium weights and high-repetition strength-conditioning routines. With a maximum of 4-6 participants per class, you’ll receive personalized attention and guidance from our experienced trainers.
Our HIIT Strength group sessions take place in Amsterdamse Bos, offering breathtaking views during your workout. You’ll engage in 60 minutes of rigorous training that not only burns fat but also sculpts your body, enhancing muscle definition.
This efficient workout not only torches calories but also promotes the development of lean muscles. It targets all muscle groups, challenging your strength, balance and conditioning levels.
Our small group classes accommodate a maximum of six participants, ensuring that each individual receives ample and equal attention from the coach, resulting in high-quality training when compared to larger, crowded group classes.
